Hi, I’m Diana.

I’m a family nurse, a midwife, and the creator of Vida Atlas.
For years, I was used to looking at health questions from a healthcare professional’s perspective. Then, at some point, I found myself on the other side — as someone searching for answers.
Like many people, I spent countless hours reading articles, listening to podcasts, taking courses, speaking with healthcare professionals, and learning from people who had gone through similar experiences. The more I learned, the more I realized how difficult it is to find information that is both trustworthy and easy to understand.
That’s why I created Vida Atlas.
I wanted to create the kind of resource I wish I had when I was searching for answers myself.
My goal isn’t to replace your doctor or tell you what to do. It’s to make health information easier to understand. If an article here helps you better understand what’s happening in your body, ask better questions, or feel a little less overwhelmed, then it has done its job.
Over the years, I’ve also learned that no two people experience health in exactly the same way. What feels difficult for one person is real, even if someone else might experience it differently. We all have different stories, different circumstances, and different questions. That’s why I believe good health information shouldn’t tell you what to think. It should help you better understand your options and make the decisions that feel right for you.
I hope this site helps make your search for answers a little shorter than mine was.
